Epicureans Galette des Rois with Gin

Ingredients

2 all-butter puff pastry sheets
100 g ground almonds
80 g unsalted butter, softened
80 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp Epicureans Gin
1 fève (or a small trinket)

Instructions:
  1. Mix the butter and sugar, then add the ground almonds, the eggs, and the Epicureans Gin.
  2. Spread the frangipane over one puff pastry sheet, place the fève inside, and cover with the second sheet.
  3. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown.
